Privacy Choices

Effective date: August 27, 2026

Chartora does not require an account and does not use advertising tracking. These are the controls available to you.

Manage data on your device

Open History in Chartora and delete any saved chart analysis. This deletes the related local image and result from the app.
Remove Chartora from your device to remove its local app data, subject to any device backups you control.
Choose a chart only when you want to use AI analysis. You can avoid sending new chart content by not starting an analysis.

Manage permissions and subscriptions

Manage notification permission in iOS Settings → Notifications → Chartora.
Manage or cancel Chartora Pro in your Apple Account → Subscriptions.

Request access, deletion, or help

Email ascentsupports@gmail.com with the subject “Chartora Privacy Request”. Explain your request and, if relevant, the approximate date and feature used. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
